Well it's certainly been awhile! I came home about a month ago from serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in New York (Long Island being the whole of it). I loved it immensely and I am so happy I chose to go! I enjoyed serving and teaching others and helping them find peace and happiness in life. I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and how had has impacted and changed my life! I have many imperfections but I have learned and I have been taught that as I keep doing my best to do what is right and good I will be blessed, and it is so true. I have received countless blessings and I have found the peace and happiness that I need in my life. I know Jesus Christ is my savior and I love Him for the many chances I am given to keep trying . I wanted to leave with you my witness of how I know that God lives! His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is on the earth and it is under his direction to help each and everyone of us. I know throughout the world we all have different beliefs but I hope one thing we can all see is that we are all apart of something divine and eternal, that we are beautiful and beloved beings by someone higher than ourselves .

I start college on Monday and I am very excited! I have high hopes to do my best and get things done! I never thought I would be where I am now!

Well it is now 2013! This is the month I start college....hopefully[Hurry up and go through FAFSA and Loans] But I am way excited to start something new! I am ready to learn and make a difference in this world! Here is to a great New Year!

Its almost been a whole year since I have been in Santa Barbara and it has been amazing! I have changed so much for the better and everyone down here has been so kind to me! I enjoy the weather alot and I am going to SBCC in the spring to start persuing a career in Social Work. I had my 19th birthday so it is may last year to be a teenager!

I've been doing awesome in Santa Barbara, definately one of the best descisions I've made in my life. I'm a Nanny, and love it. I'm getting my ACT done next month, then I'm going to hopefully go to UCSB or Santa Barbara Community college for classes. I want to be a Children's Social worker and work for CPS. But now I'm still taking Baby steps. Not sure what else is in store for me at the moment, just going to wait and see what comes.
